A High-Throughput Approach Integrating Gene Expression Signatures and Clinical Data to Repurpose Drugs.

Introduction

This R package contains functions to integrate gene expression and clinical data to identify and validate drug repurposing candidates.

Installation

To install the latest development version directly from GitHub, use:
